He is dedicate to new music repertoire and collaborates with conemporary artists throughout the world.Ceccomori has inspired many works for flute of wich he has given world premieres. He has performerd in Europe, Canada, Unied States, South America, Africa. Cd's are published in his name, and he also appears in collaborative recordings, solo recordings, televsion and radio broadcasts. Ceccomori regularly gives masterclasses and his articles are published in newspaper and magazines such us Amadeus, Falaut, Syrinx.Raitrade, ISCM and Cemat both supporting Ceccomori'effort in the dissemination, of contemporary music.
His music has many influences from classic to new contemporary music, minimalism electronic and sperimental.
Graduated at the Conservatory "F.Morlacchi" in Perugia,and completed his study with other important flutists and musicians:S.Gazzelloni at Accademia Musicale Chigiana of Siena, M.Ancillotti, A.Persichilli, M.Larrieu, S.Palm, R.Fabbriciani, M.Stockhausen and so many others.

His classic-cultured character formation, is open to contemporary music in its more eclectic shapes, with formative infuences that go from the simple American tendencies (Reich, Riley), to the electro-acoustic sound; from Stockhausen's free improvisation to music as communication; from the search on sound to the neo-romantic Italians, to linguistic crossover experiences.
Careful as always to all the musical and artistic expressions in general, he has, in time, cultivated interests between the most unvaried: from the improvisation to music in its relation with the image, to the studies surrounding music and spirituality.
An Umbrian Flautist: he completed his musical studies at the Conservatory of Perugia. Subsequently he perfected his skills with some of the more important and prestigious Italian and international flautists. For years he dedicated himself to contemporary music and was awarded at Stresa in 1988. Basic in his humanistic-musical formation were been (earlier in '90) the Gurdjieff's schools, the friendship with Battiato, Ballista and Lorenzini, theology and music philosophy studies.
Among the flautists with whom he has studied there are: S. Gazzelloni (Chigiana Academy of Siena, 1985-87), M. Ancillotti (Fiesole), R. Fabbriciani (Academy Pescarese 1991). To Persichilli, M. Larrieu, M. Faust, M. Kessick. And still S. Palm and L. Andriessen for the chamber and contemporary music. He won the International Competition for contemporary music in Stresa in 1988. He participated in the Concert for Peace 1995 as a soloist at the Sala Nervi in Vatican (Raidue) and at Antonella Ruggiero's side at the Epiphany Concert of 2001 (Raiuno).
He has dedicated himself to contemporary music for quite a few years also trough interesting experiences with musicians of others music form as DJ Knuf and Raffaele Costantino, the saxophonist Nicola Alesini, the harpist Vincenzo Zitello, the poli-instrumentalist vocalist Raffaello Simeoni. He has given first performances of works by various Italian and foreign authors:

He is founder-member of the "Assisi Musiche" Ensemble (spiritual music) and also of the ex "Artisanat Furieux" Ensemble (1987-1993).
