Andrea is a contemporary and classical flutist who has collaborated with many artists around the world. He has performed over 200 prime esecuzioni from Ludovico Einaudi to Carlo Boccadoro, from Fabrizio De Rossi to Evan Ziporyn.. The music range that formed and influenced him goes from classical to new experimental languages, to electronics and minimalism. He has been dedicating himself to new contemporary music. He trained with many flutists as Severino Gazzelloni (Chigiana Academy 1986 and 87), R.Fabbriciani, M. Larrieu, A.Persichilli, M.Ancillotti and during the summer courses with Darmsatdt.
He studied theology at the Theological Institute of Assisi

He collaborates with magazines as Falaut, Syrinx, Classicaonline, who also reviwed and interviewed him, as also did La Stampa, La Nazione, Famiglia Cristiana, Avanti, Open ecc.
He recorded more then 20 titles of Cds with Amiata, Raitrade, Tweedle, Rara, LP of Sofia, VDM Roma, Videoradio, Mep beyond BMG/Ricordi and Edipan.
He took masterclasses at many american universities, Brasile Universidad de Sancta Maria in Porto Alegre, Bielorussia Accademia Musicale Minsk, National University of Bucarest.

He published in 2010 in Spain for the Dasi Flute, the method for the contemporary flaute “Flauta hoi”.
He recorded Flute Fantasy with the Flipper Music in 2019.
He is the founder and the artistic director of Assisi Suono Sacro, of Keysound and of Baton for Peace.
His classic-cultured formation opens to the contemporary music in his most eclectic formas, with influences that go from american minimalist currents (Reich,Riley), to the elecrtoacustic sound, to the free improvisation of Stockhausen, to the music as means of comunicationfrom the research of the sound to the italian neo-romantic to experiences of linnguistic crossover, collaborating with artists as jacqulyn Buglisi dance company,,Evan Ziporyn,Franco Battiato, Antonella Ruggero, Nicola Alesini, Raffaele Costantino e DJ Knuf, Vincenzo Zitello, Luciano Biondini, Ludovico Einaudi,Roberto Cacciapaglia, Javier Girotto, Raffaello Simeoni, Cecilia Chailly, David Riondino, Dacia Maraini, Vladimir Luxuria.He has always update himself to all expression of music and art in his general meaning. During the time he grew different interests, that go from the improvisation of music and his relation with the image, to the studies of music and spirituality .
Decisive for his musical-humanistic formation were the theology studies he mad in Assisi (1984-88)and of philosophy of the music, his friendship with F.Battiato, A.Ballista e D.Lorenzini, and the attendance of areas as
the Eufonia, the Ectomusica,the intuitive music of Stockhausen,the schools of Gurdjieff, the tibetan Buddhism, the nada yoga, sufism, anthroposophy, psychosynthesis, etc. taking siminaries and broadcasts on music and spirituality (Radio Vaticana 2000)
He plays the whole family of the flautes, mainly on his projects and in different formations even of different musical extraction.
He completed his studies at the Conservatory of Perugis.
After he has perfected himself with some of the most important and prestigious flutist of the italian and international panorama:S. Gazzelloni (Accademia Chigiana of Siena, 1985-87), M. Ancillotti (Fiesole), R. Fabbriciani (Accademia Pescarese 1991), A. Persichilli, M. Larrieu, M. Faust, M. Kessick, and also S. Palm and L. Andriessen for the contemporary and chamber music, and collaboration with M.Stockhausen. In 1990 he takes part of the summer courses of Darmstadt.
He took part, as a solist, to broadcasts tv as Concerto for Pace 1995 in Sala Nervi in Vatican City (Raidue) and – together with Antonella Ruggiero – to th Concerto for the Epiphany 2001 (Raiuno) – the the concert “Omaggio a S.S.Giovanni Paolo II” in Castelgandolfo in 2005 on RAIUNO.

Some of his solists interpretations had been transmitted alson on the fifth Rai channel.
He also collaborates with Raitrade for the promotion of contemporary music.
